Project Manager – Special Packages

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the coordination, delivery, and integration of specialist systems and vendor-led packages on construction projects. You will ensure packages are installed safely, on schedule, and fully integrated with other disciplines to support commissioning and handover.

What You’ll Do

You will manage vendor-led and specialist package delivery, coordinate interfaces, track progress, ensure quality and compliance, and support commissioning activities. You will act as the main point of contact for special packages and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage and coordinate all special packages on site, including security, BMS, fire systems, ICT/fiber, AV, and vendor-installed white space systems
• Act as primary interface between vendors, MEP/CSA teams, and commissioning agents
• Coordinate installation sequences to avoid clashes and support overall program milestones
• Monitor progress, report risks or delays, and ensure timely resolution of scope or design conflicts
• Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and QA/QC standards
• Support FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing (IST), and phased handovers
• Maintain full documentation, certification, and traceability for all packages
• Enforce site HSE standards and ensure vendor compliance with site rules
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

You have a trade background or a degree/HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, with experience managing specialist or vendor-led packages on large-scale construction projects. You are a strong coordinator and communicator, able to lead multiple subcontractors in a fast-track, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of specialist systems (mechanical, electrical, IT, security)
• Expertise in coordination, scheduling, and commissioning integration
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and construction management software
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site or Package Manager on large-scale projects
• Background in data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities
• Experience managing vendor-led and multidisciplinary teams
