Senior Project Manager – Technical Programmes (Cloud Experience) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Abu Dhabi-based technology company for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent technical programmes.

This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering complex IT and infrastructure initiatives across cloud, network, DevOps, service management, and workplace technologies. You will provide structured governance, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track multiple technical projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependency maps
• Chair governance, steering, and milestone meetings
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Provide clear executive-level status reporting and dashboards
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
• Support change management and communications for technical initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in technical project or programme management
• Proven track record managing cloud and infrastructure programmes
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (cloud, network, DevOps)
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments with formal governance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting

Preferred:

• Background in infrastructure or managed services
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured service management practices
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
