Project Manager

Job Purpose:-

This role is overall responsible for the conceptualisation, commercialisation, design, implementation and support of the ISMS systems and the advisory services linked to Information Security Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop concepts, high –level and detailed design linked to the implementation of Information Security Management Systems
• Develop project planning within to determine the resources (people, time, equipment, etc) required to deploy the system design, civil works, installation, integration and Commissioning of ISMS systems
• Put in place methods to anticipate installation issues and adjust the deployment schedule and technical design as required
• Communicate the objectives and measures upon which the deployment will be evaluated at its completion to ensure the team, contractors and subcontractors are fully aware of expectations and targets to meet.
• Oversee and advise to ensure a joint approach between subcontractors and technical teams is maintained allowing timely implementation of the ISMS System’s deployment
• Oversee the frameworks for the build is appropriate and in line with the outline, base and client brief
• Support the procurement and negotiations for relevant 3rd party suppliers, contractors and subcontractors and communicates technical expectations
• Ensure subcontractors, suppliers and deployment partners are fully conversant with the contractual agreement, deliverables and technical know-how
• Provide guidance to the various teams on delivery expectations, policies and processes and compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Quality of work
• Liaise with the project team and the client to ensure installation and integration is smooth and executed in-line with approved designs
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Job Requirement:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Successful completion of design and build ISMS projects delivered to time and budget
• Experience in ISMS systems is advantageous
• Involvement in major ISMS deployment projects
• Involvement in projects with multiple interface management
