Scrum Master - Infrastructure Delivery

Toronto (Hybrid)

The Infrastructure Scrum Master is responsible for managing infrastructure components of business technology initiatives within a Scaled Agile framework. This role ensures smooth coordination, planning, and deployment of infrastructure changes into production while minimizing risks to existing services.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across infrastructure initiatives (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
  
• Manage end-to-end coordination of infrastructure changes and deployments
  
• Plan and assign resources to support project delivery timelines
  
• Ensure smooth execution of activities across cross-functional teams
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to infrastructure changes
  
• Oversee deployment activities to production while ensuring minimal service disruption
  
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
  
• Ensure adherence to Agile (SAFe) practices and organizational standards
  
• Maintain documentation and reporting on delivery progress and risks
  

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) – Mandatory
  
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (preferably SAFe)
  
• Experience in risk management and mitigation
  
• Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  

• Experience in Infrastructure Project Delivery
  
• Background in IT infrastructure (network, cloud, or datacenter)
  
• Experience managing production deployments
  
• Familiarity with DevOps or release management processes
  

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles
  
• Prior experience working in infrastructure or technical environments preferred
