Accountant (CA/CPA)

Responsibilities:

1. Full Accounting Management: Handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
3. Tax Compliance: Manage Singapore tax filings (e.g., GST, corporate income tax) to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
4. Audit & Compliance: Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure financial compliance with Singaporean regulations.
5. Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor budget implementation, optimize financial processes, and enhance cost efficiency.
6. Payment & Cash Management: Oversee company cash flow, approve payments, and manage financial transactions to ensure security and efficiency.
7. Business Support: Work closely with operations, risk management, and legal teams to provide financial support and improve processes.
8. Financial System Optimization: Maintain and enhance financial software and ERP systems to improve accounting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or discipline.
• At least 3 years of full-set accounting experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain industry.
• CPA or Singapore CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations, tax policies, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Experience in financial management for digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related businesses; familiarity with exchange operations is a plus.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
