Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Digital Asset Portfolio and Market Strategy Associate (Remote – Singapore) to support portfolio management, market analysis, and strategic initiatives across digital asset markets.

This role focuses on analyzing cryptocurrency markets, supporting portfolio allocation strategies, and identifying opportunities across Web3 ecosystems. The associate will contribute to market research, trading insights, and strategy development to optimize digital asset exposure and performance.

The role is ideal for someone who understands both trading and strategy, and is interested in applying market intelligence to crypto and digital asset portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cryptocurrency market trends, price movements, and liquidity conditions
• Support portfolio allocation and optimization across digital assets
• Identify trading and investment opportunities across Web3 ecosystems
• Monitor macro trends and developments across blockchain markets
• Evaluate tokenomics, market positioning, and risk exposure
• Track portfolio performance and contribute to strategy refinement
• Collaborate with internal teams to align market insights with business strategy

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain ecosystems
• Experience analyzing digital asset portfolios or participating in crypto trading
• Understanding of market structure, liquidity, volatility, and risk management
• Ability to interpret financial data and identify strategic opportunities
• Familiarity with trading platforms, analytics tools, or blockchain data sources
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
• Active interest in Web3, digital assets, and global financial markets

Compensation

Salary range: SGD 95,000 – SGD 125,000 per year depending on experience and market background

Performance based incentives may also be offered.
