Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Install and support networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems from vendors like Cisco Systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (latency, packet loss, outages).
• Configure and manage VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), and IP addressing.
• Implement and maintain network security (ACLs, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Perform network upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
• Support data center networking and cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure and application support.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Provide L2/L3 support and handle incident/problem management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• CCNA Certification (mandatory); CCNP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of:
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT
• Routing & Switching
• Network protocols (SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cisco routers/switches configuration
• Firewall technologies (ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark).
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network).
• Understanding of network security best practices.
