Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer specialized in PyTorch and MongoDB to develop, optimize, and maintain machine learning models and backend services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, database management, and software development best practices.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python.
• Work with MongoDB for data storage and management.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and frontend developers to integrate ML models into applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on AI/ML.
• Strong experience with PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Knowledge of REST API development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
