Product Manager

We are looking for a high-velocity, execution-oriented Product Manager to join our team in New York. This isn't a "strategy-only" or "feature-shepherding" role; we need a hands-on hybrid of a PM and Business Analyst who can dive deep into the technical weeds of commercial and wholesale payments.

As the "business voice" in the room with developers, you will own the end-to-end delivery of scalable platform-level payment solutions. From drafting meticulous PRDs to managing UAT cycles, you will be responsible for driving clarity and delivering results within two-week Agile sprints.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Own the full payment lifecycle, including merchant interactions, backend reconciliation, and payouts.
• Technical Documentation: Write your own PRDs, epics, and user stories. You will work directly with engineers without a buffer.
• Platform Development: Build and scale merchant-facing portals (refunds, reversals, tax statements, analytics) and internal operational tools.
• Agile Leadership: Manage UAT cycles and support technical teams to ensure seamless delivery every sprint.
• Stakeholder Influence: Coordinate across domains and influence without authority to keep the "Arsenal" program on track.

Qualifications & Domain Expertise

• Experience: 4 to 10 years of Product Management or hybrid PM/BA experience within a high-scale payments environment (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Expedia, or major Fintech).
• Wholesale Payments: Deep functional knowledge of ACH, Wires, Cross-border FX, banking rails, and push-to-card.
• Platform Scale: Proven track record of building scalable, platform-level payment flows rather than just consumer-facing checkout optimizations.
• Operational Tooling: Experience building screens and workflows for internal operations and support teams.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to drive clarity in complex technical discussions.
