Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 DeFi, NFT & Metaverse Ecosystem Specialist (Remote – United States) to support analysis and participation across decentralized finance platforms, NFT ecosystems, and metaverse environments. This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking digital asset activity, analyzing ecosystem participation, and contributing to insights across Web3 platforms.

The role involves monitoring how users interact with DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and metaverse ecosystems, identifying trends in participation and digital asset usage, and supporting internal understanding of evolving Web3 environments. The ideal candidate actively participates in crypto, NFTs, or metaverse platforms and understands how tokenized systems drive engagement and capital flow.

Responsibilities

Track activity across DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and metaverse ecosystems  

Analyze participation trends across token-based platforms and blockchain networks  

Monitor how users interact with digital assets, NFTs, and virtual environments  

Identify trends in ecosystem growth, user engagement, and digital asset usage  

Support internal insights related to Web3 participation and tokenized economies  

Assist in preparing structured summaries on ecosystem activity and market behavior  

Track developments across blockchain platforms, NFTs, DeFi, and immersive technologies  

Collaborate with team members on ecosystem and strategy initiatives  

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems  

Hands-on experience using crypto wallets, NFT platforms, or DeFi applications  

Active participation in NFT marketplaces, metaverse platforms, or token ecosystems  

Understanding of token systems, digital ownership, and decentralized finance  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

Good communication and organizational abilities  

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 USD per year depending on experience.  

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.

Hiring Process

• Candidates will complete an initial screening call followed by one or two interviews focused on Web3 participation, NFT and DeFi experience, and familiarity with digital ecosystems.
