IT Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking IT Audit Manager to join our Risk & Internal Audit function at Power International Holding (PIH).

This role is critical in driving technology-enabled assurance, strengthening IT governance, and advancing our transition toward continuous auditing and real-time risk monitoring across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT audits across enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms
• Evaluate and enhance IT control environments aligned with leading frameworks such as COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST
• Assess IT governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Drive the implementation of continuous auditing techniques, leveraging data analytics and automation
• Review and validate IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and cybersecurity measures
• Provide insights on emerging technology risks, including cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to strengthen control design and operational effectiveness
• Support the integration of IT audit within a broader enterprise risk and continuous assurance model

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT audit / IT risk / IT governance roles
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Demonstrated experience in continuous auditing, data analytics, and automated controls testing
• Solid understanding of ERP environments, with strong preference for SAP
• Experience in industries such as real estate, construction, hospitality, or diversified holdings is a strong advantage
• Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent
