Secuirty Engineer-IAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Security Consultant to design, implement, and secure enterprise identity systems across Active Directory (on-prem) and Microsoft Entra ID. The role focuses on identity threat prevention, detection, and response, along with strengthening overall identity security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and manage Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Design and implement identity security controls and hardening measures
• Configure and enforce Conditional Access and MFA policies
• Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM) solutions
• Identify and mitigate identity-based security threats and attack paths
• Collaborate with SOC teams for monitoring, detection, and incident response
• Conduct security assessments and drive remediation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and governance requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and security guidelines

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

• 8+ years in Identity Security / Security Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Active Directory Security (AD DS hardening, Tiering, GPOs)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) security
• Expertise in:
• Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection
• PAM / PIM implementation (CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar)
• Good understanding of identity-based attack techniques:
• Pass-the-Hash, Kerberoasting, Golden Ticket, etc.
• Experience with:
• SIEM/SOC integration and log analysis
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
