Regional Managing Director / Group CEO (iGaming, Tier-1 Markets)

We are currently considering candidates with fluent Ukrainian language (mandatory requirement). Applications without Ukrainian proficiency will not be considered.

We are looking for a C-level leader to build and scale a multi-brand iGaming cluster across Tier-1 markets.

This role is not about operating a single product — it is about managing a portfolio of brands, driving regional strategy, and leading multiple CEOs across different markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor 3–6 local CEOs across different GEOs

• Build and execute regional strategy (launch, scale, optimization)

• Own full P&L across multiple projects

• Analyze and drive performance based on key metrics (GGR, NGR, CPA, ROI, retention, payback)

• Define GEO priorities and go-to-market strategies

• Evaluate investment efficiency of new launches

• Align product, marketing, finance, and operations across the region

• Build reporting systems and standardize performance metrics

• Participate in hiring and building strong leadership teams

• Work directly with stakeholders/board, present strategy and results

Requirements:

• Strong iGaming experience (B2C operator side is a must)

• Proven C-level experience (CEO / CMO / Country Manager)

• Experience managing multiple markets / business units

• Deep understanding of Tier-1 markets (licensing, payments, acquisition models, competitive landscape)

• Experience with multi-brand / portfolio management

• Strong financial expertise (P&L, forecasting, unit economics)

• Strategic mindset (portfolio thinking, not single product focus)

• Ability to lead strong senior teams without micromanagement

• English — working proficiency

• This is a Group CEO / Regional role — not a Project/Product/Operations position

• Candidates without C-level ownership and P&L responsibility will not be considered
