The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer. You’ll work on multiple parallel projects (client + internal), delivering strong visuals across presentations, structured PDFs, marketing assets, and print production while keeping strict brand consistency.

Requirements:

Must Have

• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong typography, hierarchy, and layout (digital + print)
• Hands-on print production + ability to prep print-ready files (bleed/safe zones, color profiles, resolution, folds/spreads)
• Experience designing: pitch decks/presentations, structured PDFs, one-pagers/brochures, social media & campaign visuals
• Large-format print, basic motion, illustration, logo/identity work
• Tech/B2B or product/startup experience; design system/component library maintenance
• Strong brand consistency + ability to maintain icon libraries
• Tools: Figma (components/variants/auto layout), Illustrator + InDesign
• English Intermediate+
• Ukrainian Native
• Up-to-date portfolio required

Nice to Have

• Large-format print, basic motion, illustration, logo/identity work
• Tech/B2B or product/startup experience; design system/component library maintenance

Responsibilities

• Create presentations/pitch decks, PDFs, one-pagers, brochures, and marketing visuals
• Build/maintain icon libraries in an existing style
• Prepare print-ready files for brochures, banners, merch, event materials
• Ensure production correctness and visual consistency across formats
• Collaborate with marketing/leadership; present and justify design decisions
