Position Overview

The Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications for enterprise platforms. This role focuses on building modern full-stack systems using React for front-end development and Node.js for backend services, while leveraging cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.

As part of the Enterprise Services – Data & AI organization, the engineer will contribute to platforms that power AI-enabled workflows and enterprise applications across the organization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, security teams, and engineers to build reliable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for back-end services.
• Build scalable and secure enterprise applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and microservices architecture.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services to enable AI-powered workflows and enterprise platforms.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Design and optimize SQL database schemas, queries, and data storage solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code to support maintainability and long-term platform development.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Implement best practices related to security, compliance, and enterprise software standards.
• Contribute to AI-enabled systems, including technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Support enterprise platforms with capabilities such as identity-aware APIs, observability, and edge services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good to have Experience in Python
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
• Strong experience building full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems such as GitHub.
• Strong understanding of responsive front-end design and scalable backend architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as RAG, NLP, LLMs, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience building or consuming secure, identity-aware APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore complex enterprise software platforms and emerging technologies.
