Business Analyst
Role Overview
The Business Analyst will support project documentation, reporting, and coordination activities, ensuring smooth execution and knowledge management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates
- Maintain project documentation, deliverable trackers, and knowledge repository
- Support drafting of reports, presentations, and final submissions
- Assist in collating inputs from multiple stakeholders and departments
- Support PMO activities, including tracking risks, issues, and action items
- Document lessons learned and support post-go-live reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, documentation, or project support
Preferred Skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
