Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralised applications (DApps) on various blockchain platforms.
Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning models into our blockchain infrastructure to enable predictive analytics, automate processes, and enhance security.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write robust, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to industry best practices.
Research and analyse emerging trends in blockchain technology and AI to drive innovation within the organisation.
Optimise network performance, scalability, and security of our blockchain applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain and AI integrations.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven commercial experience as a Blockchain Developer.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python.
A deep understanding of blockchain principles, cryptographic hashing, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development.
Demonstrable experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with major blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) for DApp integration is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
