Business Intelligence Analyst

LTM is supporting a global energy powerhouse on a strategic BI initiative and is looking for 2 BI Analysts to join the team in Curitiba on a contract (PJ) on a hybrid basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data products, improving dashboards, and working closely with business stakeholders to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

What you’ll do

• Analyze existing dashboards and data products, covering both current state and future state from technical and business perspectives

• Perform data exploration, profiling, and thorough documentation

• Build usage statistics, data lineage, and map existing dashboards to new solutions

• Execute gap analysis between legacy and new data products, proposing improvements or new dashboard designs

• Apply ETL and Data Warehouse concepts to support analytics use cases

• Model data in Power BI and validate dashboards for accuracy, consistency, and UAT requirements

• Work closely with business teams to translate findings into practical recommendations

• Document metadata, data definitions, lineage, and transformation logic

• Create user guides and clear documentation for dashboards and business rules

• Support ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for strategic decision making

Tech and tools

• Power BI or Tableau

• Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools

• Data exploration and profiling using tools such as Excel and Alteryx

• Documentation and presentations using PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Sigma is a plus
