Job overview:
This role is responsible for centralizing complex data sets into clear, visual, and actionable insights that empower the Commercial Manager and other stakeholders to make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Sales Reporting: Consolidate weekly and monthly Sell-out reports from various partners. Cross-reference this data with internal Sell-in figures to identify market trends and performance gaps.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain automated dashboards (Looker/Power BI/Tableau) to track KPIs such as Market Share, Productivity per Door, Ranking of Top SKUs, and Sales Representative performance.
- Demand Forecasting & Analytics: Partner with the Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical seasonality, launch impact, and market trends.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, promotional frequency, and market share shifts. Translate these findings into strategic recommendations for the commercial team.
Desired Profile:
- Advanced mastery of Excel (VBA/Power Query) and Power BI/other data visualization tools
- Experience in data modeling and a strong ability to "storytell" with data
- Highly analytical mindset; able to transform data into actionable insights
