Brand Manager

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Manager to oversee a select portfolio within the spirits category. This role is ideal for a spirits industry aficionado who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record in brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of the assigned spirits brand portfolio, driving growth and market share.
• Designing and implementing long-term and short-term marketing strategies tailored to the spirits category.
• Leading the development of the spirits portfolio, including successful new product launches.
• Leveraging business, consumer, shopper, customer, and competitor insights to optimize brand performance and guide future strategies.
• Executing all marketing activities in Slovenia in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand brand presence.
• Measuring marketing effectiveness through defined KPIs to ensure impactful results.
• Leading external agencies and coordinating with service providers for assigned brands.
• Planning and managing budgets effectively, ensuring financial goals are met.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in brand management, ideally in the FMCG or spirits industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Slovene (written and spoken).
• Skills:
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for spirits and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with experience in building and executing marketing plans.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to navigate cross-functional projects within tight timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting compelling narratives.
• Creative problem-solving abilities combined with a collaborative team spirit.
