The Role

As a Visual Designer at Disrupt, you aren't just making things look "pretty." You are a visual strategist. Based in our Sydney office, you will be responsible for translating complex business transformations and marketing strategies into high-impact visual narratives.

You will work across the entire spectrum of our Discover, Design, Deliver model, ensuring that every touchpoint - whether it’s a digital interface for a tech solution or a brand identity for an ASX 100 company - is executed with precision and a "disruptive" edge.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Ideate: Create world-class visual assets across digital, print, and motion that align with client business goals.
• Strategic Execution: Work alongside our business transformation and tech teams to ensure visual concepts are grounded in the "Discover" phase and technically viable for "Delivery."
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the visual identities of our diverse client portfolio, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Collaborate: Present ideas to stakeholders and explain design choices with customer logic and creative intuition.
• Drive ROI: Produce designs that drive user action and tangible results for our clients.

Who You Are

• Adobe Power User: You possess Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). You know the shortcuts, the workflows, and how to push these tools to their limits.
• A Seasoned Creative: You have 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
• Strategic Mindset: You understand that design is a problem-solving tool. You ask "Why?" before you ask "What color?"
• Sydney-Based: You thrive in a collaborative office environment and are ready to plug into our Sydney-based culture of innovation.
• Multi-Disciplinary: Experience with Figma is a must; motion graphics (After Effects) or 3D design skills are optional but a massive plus.
