Overview

We are seeking a Disability Inclusion Specialist to join our Equity & Inclusion Division (E&ID).


The Equity & Inclusion Division at Saudi Aramco drives initiatives that foster a diverse, accessible, and inclusive workplace by implementing programs, partnerships, and training focused on empowering all employees.


Your primary role is to advance Saudi Aramco’s commitment to building a world-class, inclusive workplace. The role is responsible for embedding disability inclusion and accessibility across the Company’s operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, national priorities, and global best practices. This position supports the design and execution of initiatives that enhance accessibility, enable equitable opportunities, and foster a culture where employees with disabilities can fully contribute and thrive.


Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:


  • Support the implementation of Saudi Aramco’s Disability Inclusion Strategy in alignment with broader D&I and Human Capital strategies
  • Embed inclusive design and accessibility considerations into core business processes, programs, and employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention)
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives that position Aramco as a regional leader in disability inclusion
  • Lead and coordinate workplace accommodation processes across functions, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to advance compliance with accessibility standards
  • Support implementation of accessibility frameworks and internal guidelines (e.g., building codes, digital accessibility standards)
  • Support the development and enhancement of policies, standards, and procedures related to disability inclusion
  • Ensure alignment with in-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regulations and labor laws, international accessibility standards and leading practices
  • Contribute to governance frameworks, KPIs, and internal reporting mechanisms
  • Support the development of inclusive leadership capabilities across the organization
  • Support and engage Employee Resource Groups and Communities of Practice
  • Build strategic partnerships with external entities (government, NGOs, industry bodies) to advance knowledge sharing and national impact
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to disability inclusion (representation, accessibility, engagement, accommodations)
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support benchmarking efforts against global peers and leading organizations


Minimum requirements

  • You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline (Master’s preferred) from a recognized and approved program.
  • You will have 5–8+ years of experience in Equity & Inclusion, Human Capital, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in disability inclusion, accessibility, or workplace accommodations within a large, complex organization
  • Strong understanding of disability inclusion, accessibility standards, and inclusive workplace practices
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a large, matrixed organization
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Program and project management expertise
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
  • Other relevant certifications in accessibility, inclusion, or human capital
