About Feedelity

Feedelity is an AI-powered platform helping multi-location brands (restaurants, retail chains) manage customer feedback at scale turn millions of customer messages into actionable insights. You'll work directly with the founders as one of the early engineering hires, building the core product that thousands of users rely on daily.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll own features end-to-end - from Python backend services to AI-powered insights. No two days are the same: one day you're optimizing PostgreSQL queries for millions of records, the next you're designing an LLM pipeline that auto-generates customer responses.

Your Responsibilities

Python Backend Engineering (70% of your time):

• Build and scale FastAPI microservices processing real-time feedback from multiple sources
• Design and own third-party integrations (review platforms, POS systems, CRMs)
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability
• Work with messy real-world data and transform it into clean, actionable insights

AI/ML Engineering (30% of your time):

• Integrate and orchestrate LLM services (OpenAI, LangChain) for feedback analysis
• Build AI pipelines for automated summaries, diagnostics, and reply generation
• Experiment with new AI approaches to improve product intelligence

Growth Opportunities:

• Expand into frontend (Next.js/React) - see your backend data come to life
• Work on infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (Azure)
• Influence architecture and technical decisions as we scale
• Mentor future team members

What We're Looking For?

Required

• 3+ years of production Python experience
• Experience with FastAPI (or similar: Flask, Django) and SQLAlchemy
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL skills - you can write complex queries and optimize performance
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience designing and building third-party API integrations
• Startup mindset: you thrive with autonomy, move fast, and want high ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js/React
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure)
• Data pipeline and ETL experience
• You've worked at an early-stage startup before

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy), PostgreSQL
• AI/ML: OpenAI API, LangChain, custom LLM pipelines
• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Infrastructure: Azure, Docker, GitHub Actions
