🤖 About The Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 1-3 years of experience, working on AI-related projects to join our growing team.

In this role, you will drive digital strategy for top-tier banking clients by delivering high-impact projects focused on data analysis, performance optimization, and dashboard creation. You will play a pivotal part in expanding our internal AI capabilities, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge machine learning models to build innovative solutions for the financial services sector.

📊 You will:

• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and transformation from diverse banking and fintech data sources, ensuring high-quality inputs for advanced analytics.
• Contribute to Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects, gaining exposure to AI models, intelligent agents, and digital assistants applied within the financial services sector.
• Support the development of data-driven digital strategies and AI-powered campaigns tailored to banking clients.
• Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and performance analysis of digital and AI-driven initiatives in the banking domain.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to monitor key metrics for digital banking strategies and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and agile teams to optimize campaign segmentation, targeting, and personalization, leveraging predictive analytics.
• Participate in data interpretation and storytelling, contributing to actionable recommendations that support banking digital transformation and AI initiatives.
  
  

📊 You bring to the table:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Banking, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• A strong eagerness to work with data, AI, and machine learning models, and to grow expertise in digital transformation within banking.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or VBA.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and emerging AI technologies is a plus.
• An interest in AI, intelligent agents, and digital assistants, and how they reshape customer journeys and operational efficiency in financial services.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills to translate insights into value for digital strategy and AI adoption.
  
  

🗣️ Language Skills

Fluency in English and French/Dutch

🤹 Other Skills

• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods is a great plus for us.
