(Senior) Product Manager at CPSF

We’re looking for a Senior (depending on experience) Product Manager to own and drive product development for Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) – a fast-growing, 100% Salesforce-native cybersecurity SaaS product within WithSecure™.

CPSF is a real-time threat protection solution that scans files, URLs, and QR codes across all Salesforce workflows – including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. It’s already trusted by Fortune 500 companies globally, and we’re scaling fast.

In this role, you’ll own the feature roadmap end-to-end – from discovery and prioritization through to delivery and launch readiness. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product marketing, sales, and customer success, and have a direct hand in shaping our roadmap across themes like identity protection, enterprise readiness, and Salesforce platform leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for CPSF, prioritizing features and epics across strategic themes.
• Align the product strategy and vision with business goals and market opportunities.
• Work with the team to define and communicate feature scope and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery for upcoming initiatives, supporting strategic themes.
• Lead the collaboration efforts of engineering, product marketing, sales, customer success, and support to ensure features are built, launched, and adopted effectively.
• Approve messaging accuracy and ensure product marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities.
• Co-create product innovation with customers, partners, and the Salesforce ecosystem, deeply understanding their needs by gathering feedback, validating assumptions, and incorporating learnings into the roadmap.
• Support tier-based feature release coordination, from lightweight rollouts to full cross-functional launches.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and stability metrics and feed findings back into prioritization.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or tech environment, ideally at a scaleup.
• Strong track record of owning a product roadmap and driving features from discovery to delivery.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and translating business needs into well-defined requirements.
• Driven and motivated by customer interactions.
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional release coordination.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make prioritization decisions based on customer feedback, market signals, and product metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, acting as a product evangelist.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or enterprise SaaS ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Background in cybersecurity is a plus, but not required – curiosity and willingness to learn the domain matters most.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal.)
