About The Role

Our Process Productivity team in KONE IT is looking for a seasoned Process Intelligence expert to join us in Espoo, Finland. Our mission is to make KONE the easiest company to work for and with by making business processes simpler, smarter, and more productive. In this role, you will turn business needs into practical, technology-enabled process improvements on a global scale.

With us you will

• Partner with business stakeholders and our Strategy & Transformation team to turn business needs into data-driven process improvement opportunities.
• Use process mining combined with AI and automation technologies to simplify and improve business processes in a global manufacturing and service company.
• Deliver insights that help stakeholders identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and actions.
• Turn insight into action by combining process development methods with practical technology solutions, from autonomous AI agents to workflow notifications and action lists.
• Develop our process intelligence capabilities in line with business priorities and the IT operating model, ensuring scalability for the future.
• Work closely with integration and data foundation teams to ensure the needed data is in the right place at the right time.
• Contribute to the future direction of process intelligence at KONE, including how process intelligence platforms support AI-enabled ways of working.
  
  

We are looking for

• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset for improving how people and processes work.
• Proven project experience of answering business needs using process intelligence capabilities.
• Mid- to senior-level hands-on experience with process mining platforms, preferably Celonis. Experience with other platforms such as SAP Signavio or Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining is also valued.
• Knowledge of business processes such as lead-to-cash and source-to-pay, and the related core IT systems such as CRM and ERP, and data related to them.
• Skills with process modeling and related tools (e.g. QPR or Celonis Process Management) are appreciated.
• At least some hands-on data engineering skills and understanding of integration and data platforms (you are not afraid of SQL, Python, Fabric, Databricks and related concepts).
• Knowledge of automation and AI platforms, such as those in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or AWS, and the ability to connect process intelligence capabilities with these technologies in practical ways.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
