SAP Product Manager – New Position in organisation

Permanent | Hybrid | Dublin

We’re working with a large organisation undergoing a major technology and operating model transformation, looking to hire a SAP Product Manager to shape and drive the next phase of their platform and service delivery model.

This is a newly created, high-impact role with a clear mandate to define the product roadmap, build out capability, and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

You’ll lead the development of a product-led Centre of Excellence across SAP, working alongside and collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, Data & AI, transitioning to a scalable operating model.

It’s a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, shape how technology services are delivered, and have a lasting impact across the organisation.

The Role:

• Define and own a 12–36 month product roadmap, aligned to business priorities and platform evolution
• Build and develop a high-performing team, removing single points of failure and creating a scalable capability model
• Establish and shape a Centre of Excellence across SAP and wider technology towers
• Drive adoption by positioning the function as a trusted partner to the business
• Lead organisational change — embedding product-led thinking, structure, and accountability
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, business-focused outcomes
• Influence stakeholders across multiple entities, driving alignment and engagement
• Continuously evolve the function, identifying opportunities to improve delivery, capability, and value

Requirements:

• Strong background in Product Management / Product Ownership within complex environments
• Proven experience defining and delivering product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming teams or functions
• Ability to drive organisational change and embed new ways of working
• Strong stakeholder management — able to influence and challenge at senior level
• Experience working across SAP or enterprise platforms
• Forward-thinking, strategic mindset with strong planning and execution capability
