Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a Project Manager with knowledge of thermal system to join our team and support an important customer in the automotive sector.

He/she Will Be Able To Assume The Following Activities

• Develop a comprehensive Gantt chart for all thermal system activities across assigned vehicle projects
• Update timing plans on a continuous basis, ensuring accurate reflection of progress, risks, open points, and changes from engineering teams and component/system Suppliers
• Support RFT to coordinate schedules with Suppliers and crossfunctional teams
• Do weekly project reviews, gateways, and updates
• Manage timing risks and mitigation plans, escalating delays or changes proactively to RFT and System Owner
• Ensure compliance with program milestones
• Support process improvements related to planning, timing control, and project tracking.
  
  

Qualifiche

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience managing Gantt charts or timing plans, preferably in automotive or complex engineering environments
• knowledge of vehicle thermal system, supplier timing management and industrialization processes
• Good English and Italian knowledge, both written and spoken
• Team working and good communication skills
