Business Analyst (Contract)

We are recruiting for a contract Business Analyst to support the analysis and delivery of complex business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across multiple stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery alignment
• Maintain high-quality business and functional documentation
• Drive process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance business value
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Support and mentor junior analysts where required

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in IT-focused manufacturing environments is advantageous

Contract assignment, full-time workload, starting immediately and running until the end of 2026. Hybrid working with regular onsite attendance required.
