We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge for our OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) proposition. Launched just two years ago, OEE is our newest and fastest-growing core product, designed to help industrial clients move beyond monitoring to truly mastering their production efficiency.

You will lead a high-performing cross-functional team of 6 developers across front-end, back-end, and data engineering. Your mission is to evolve a product that already boasts industry-leading engagement—the majority of our users interact with the tool daily. You will turn deep industrial insights into features that minimize downtime, optimize cycle times, and help our customers build world-class production lines.

What you will do:

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for OEE
• Talk to customers to understand their daily workflows and pain points
• Research the market and competitors to discover new opportunities
• Run pilot projects and test prototypes with real users
• Spend time with manufacturers to understand the nuances of their shop floor, ensuring our 50%+ daily active user rate continues to climb.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, customer success, and operations to and deliver great products
  
  

What you bring:

• You have 3-7 years of experience in a related function (product management, strategy consulting, or a more customer facing project role) -
• A keen interest in business and combining the bridge to engineering;
• A strong communicator who easily connects with customers and cross-functional teams
• Strategic, analytical, and able to prioritize high-impact solutions
• Hands-on, results-driven, and not afraid to dive into details
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and motivated by learning and growth
• Curious about industrial tech and eager to build domain expertise
• Fluent in English (Dutch highly preferred)
• University degree (Masters highly preferred)
