Sonae Sierra is looking for an Investment Analyst to join its Investment/Portfolio Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in real estate investment within an international and dynamic environment

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and execution of real estate investment opportunities
• Perform financial modelling, valuations, and market analysis
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations
• Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives
• Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, asset management, legal)

Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
• 0–3 years of professional experience (internships included), preferably in investment, consulting, or real estate
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Solid knowledge of Excel; financial modelling is a plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
