Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and strategic Product Manager to join our Eye Health team in our Pharma business unit based on Lisbon. This role is primarily focused on the execution of brand strategy, sales activation, and channel excellence.The successful candidate will play a key role in translating strategic plans into impactful go-to-market actions, with a strong emphasis on pharmacy channel management and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of brand and portfolio strategies, ensuring strong alignment with overall business objectives
• Drive commercial activation plans to accelerate sales performance across key channels, with a particular focus on the pharmacy channel
• Develop and execute tailored initiatives to strengthen relationships with pharmacists and optimize in-store visibility and recommendation
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to identify opportunities and optimize execution
• Plan and manage product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and effective market impact
• Oversee the development and execution of digital communication strategies, including omnichannel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and consumers
• Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and continuous optimization
• Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality marketing and digital assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all activities
  
  

Profile

• Biligual Portuguese and Spanish
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in marketing execution and sales activation
• Solid understanding of the pharmacy channel and healthcare ecosystem
• Experience in digital marketing and omnichannel communication strategies
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, results-oriented, and able to translate insights into action
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector is highly valued
• The candidate will be located in Lisbon, but will be responsible for and Iberia position. Therefore, regular visits to the Madrid headquarters will be required.
