Project / Program Manager – Professional Services (SaaS)

We’re looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead enterprise SaaS implementations and strategic optimization initiatives.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will drive complex deployments, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations and optimization programs
• Own scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and delivery governance
• Align delivery plans to customer business objectives and success metrics
• Partner closely with Account and Customer Success teams to support retention and expansion
• Coordinate consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
• Forecast resource needs and manage delivery capacity across engagements
• Proactively identify risks that could impact adoption, renewals, or revenue
• Drive process improvements and scalable delivery practices

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within SaaS, Professional Services, or enterprise consulting
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level implementations
• Strong stakeholder management skills (Director level and above)
• Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Exceptional organizational and risk management skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and executive communication ability
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
