EnergyCuring Division


We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a strong scientific background and a genuine interest in product innovation and market strategy. You will manage the full lifecycle of new product developments, from initial concepts to successful market launch, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements. This position is based in our headquarter in Zurich and can be partly performed from home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new product ideas based on market potential, pricing expectations, development costs, and customer reliability. Coordinate with the laboratory to define specifications and ensure timely delivery of development samples.
  • Act as the central interface between the laboratory, Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution.
  • Provide expert technical support to sales teams, conduct product trainings, and contribute to technical documentation for the market.
  • Participate in joint customer visits, analyse feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements or new developments.
  • Represent RAHN at conferences and industry events and lead product introductions and marketing campaigns.
  • Highlight product benefits to sales teams, support promotional activities, review visit reports and ensure questions are addressed by the appropriate technical teams.


Your profile:

  • Solid scientific foundation, ideally through an apprenticeship in a chemical laboratory or higher chemical education.
  • Solid experience in product management within the chemical or coatings industry and with a strong ability to drive portfolio strategy and lifecycle decisions.
  • Good understanding of printing inks, coatings, or adhesives and their raw materials, with exposure to UV/EB curing technologies.
  • Proven skills in commercial and strategic thinking, including market analysis, pricing, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage technical teams, customers, and commercial stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a structured, collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
