As a DLT Technical Consultant in our Wholesale team, you will be at the center of the most strategic financial infrastructure initiatives in Europe, contributing to projects that will define how central bank money and tokenized assets settle for decades to come. This role demands someone who can operate at the intersection of business complexity and technical execution with international stakeholders, a structured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity and drives delivery in high-stakes environments.

Description

You will join a cross-functional international team working on strategic initiatives related to the evolution of wholesale payment infrastructure in Europe, including DLT-based systems, wholesale CBDC, and tokenized market infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will translate complex institutional and technical requirements into actionable workstreams, coordinate across product, architecture, and client teams, and own the quality of deliverables from definition through validation. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders and international clients, acting as the connective tissue between business intent and technical execution.

Minimum Qualifications

·      4+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery, or technical-functional roles within financial services, payments, or financial market infrastructure

·      University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

·      Solid understanding of payment systems and the broader payments ecosystem

·      Demonstrated experience delivering projects within international, cross-border teams

Preferred Qualifications

·      Exposure to DLT, blockchain, or digital asset infrastructure

·      Familiarity with wholesale CBDC, tokenized assets, AI-enabled workflows, or autonomous agents

·      Experience managing relationships with senior or institutional stakeholders

·      Ability to synthesize complex technical and business topics into structured, decision-ready outputs
