DevOps Engineer

Remote DevOps Engineer (DevEx) - Contract – Energy / Commodities

OB Collective are currently working with a partner of ours in the Energy / Commodities space who are growing out their presence across Europe and looking for a strong Senior level DevOps Engineer to work in liaison with their Developers in a DevEx capacity.

The incoming engineer will be responsible for implementing best practices across their CI/CD pipeline and help their developers to ship code quicker across their tech estate.

To be a suitable fit for this opening, the following experience is required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Azure Services (5 years minimum)
• Prior work in On-Prem environments (vSphere, Windows)
• Extensive CI/CD and Automation experience with Azure DevOps, TeamCity and Octopus Deploy
• Prior hands-on IaC work with Terraform
• Automation experience with Ansible
• Comfortable scripting with Powershell and Bash

This is a remote B2B contract opening for engineers based in Romania, for an initial 6 months, and can offer £275-325 p/day.
