Project Lead

Proclinical is seeking a Project Lead to oversee technical project management activities and focus on planning and executing small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business outcomes. The position requires fluency in German and offers an opportunity to contribute to process optimization, feasibility studies, and production adjustments.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business results.
• Conduct process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations.
• Perform feasibility studies for new plants or modifications of existing ones, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessments.
• Develop concepts and evaluate technical solutions, weighing advantages and disadvantages.
• Coordinate teams and manage resources (internal and external) for timely project execution.
• Identify and implement optimizations in process flows.
• Support production adjustments and product launches.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a structured and flexible manner.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Innovative thinking and excellent leadership skills within a matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of business and financial processes.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to work.
• Technical college or university degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, bioengineering, or chemical engineering.
• Experience in a GMP environment.
• Fluent German is mandatory.
