Senior Software Engineer

Senior Engineer | Security / Infrastructure

📍 Gothenburg (Hybrid) | 💰 65 - 75k SEK/month

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join a small, experienced team working with security-focused infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership, where you will be involved in both building and operating critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and harden Linux-based systems
• Work with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Troubleshoot and resolve low-level performance issues
• Manage and improve networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing)
• Contribute to reliability, observability, and security improvements
• Develop supporting tools in Python or Go when needed

Requirements

• Solid experience working with Linux in production environments
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Background in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE
• Ability to take ownership of systems and drive improvements

Technical environment

Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Networking, Python/Go

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Terraform is considered a plus
