About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into meaningful insights. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and the ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

You will work across the full data lifecycle—from data collection and preparation to analysis, visualization, and reporting—helping drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and reliability
• Analyze quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities
• Apply statistical and analytical methods to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Design, test, and analyze surveys to support business and operational needs
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights
• Present findings using visualizations, graphs, and storytelling techniques
  
  

Requirements:

• Educational background in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with the full data lifecycle
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and structured manner
• Fluency in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
