Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will help continuously strengthen Volue’s ability to deliver value to customers in line with our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will run several customer implementation projects in parallel, keeping multiple tracks moving while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across countries and functions. This is a role for someone who is organised, proactive, and energised by variety and pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in parallel
• Developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution
• Leading the planning and development of project ways of working and processes within the VEMS organization
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Monitoring, communicating, and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders
• Managing project finances and timelines, ensuring objectives are achieved
• Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What you Bring to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Experience in the energy sector particularly in energy management, metering, grid operations, or utilities is a strong plus and highly valued
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication (in Swedish and English, other languages are an advantage) and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments
• Confidence in using project management tools and software

This position reports to Head of Project management in Volue Asset Operations and works closely with our cross-Nordic service delivery teams (with strong expertise based in Finland). The role is based at the Volue office in Stockholm, with flexible remote or hybrid working options available. Some travel may be required depending on project and customer needs.
