Toptracer Technologies have users and viewers all over the world. Our mission is to help people enjoy the wonderful game of golf even more by tracing contributions to TV and gamification to ranges. Our range technology is used in 38 countries and the broadcast is aired over 270 times yearly. All of our products are developed, tested and deployed from our R&D office in Danderyd, Stockholm.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data platform and analytics, helping bridge technical capabilities with real business impact. Our modern data platform is already in place and supported by a team of data engineers. Your focus will be to strengthen the analytical layer, ensuring data is meaningful, reliable, and actionable across the organization.

You will play a central role in shaping how data is used by defining relevant KPIs, supporting decision-making, and making insights accessible to stakeholders across product, sales, finance, and leadership. The role combines hands-on data work with a business focus, where you are expected not only to respond to needs but also to identify opportunities and improvements proactively.

You will work closely with product leadership on key metrics, support financial and business follow-ups, and contribute to making data more accessible, secure, and performant across the organization.

POSSIBILITIES

• Support internal monitoring and reporting across the organization
• Define and develop KPIs and business metrics that reflect true performance
• Structure and prepare data so it can be used effectively by multiple stakeholders
• Identify anomalies and ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Drive initiatives both proactively and based on business needs
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL
• Use Python for data processing and analysis
• Build dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Grafana)
• Translate business needs into clear analytical outputs
• Communicate insights through structured presentations and visual storytelling

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Strong experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Experience using Python for data analysis
• Experience defining and working with KPIs and business metrics
• Experience working with analytical datasets, reporting layers, or data warehouses

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or similar
• Experience building dashboards and monitoring solutions
• Understanding of data pipelines and data platforms
