Strategic Account Sales Executive
Join our dynamic team at Pluxee TR as a Strategic Account Sales Executive and play a crucial role in delivering Pluxee quality of life services to our stakeholders.
We are committed to upholding Pluxee's values and guidelines while utilizing innovative marketing and sales tools.
As a key player in our organization, you will act in accordance with Pluxee procedures, ensuring excellence in customer service and fostering deep relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new customer acquisition, contributing to the growth of Pluxee's strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, ensuring deep contact and understanding of their needs.
- Present Pluxee's values and guidelines effectively to all stakeholders.
- Ensure expected customer and contact depth with assigned customers, meeting growth targets and identifying opportunities for new projects.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all activities and business processes within the portfolio.
- Proactively add new strategic customers to the portfolio through effective prospecting.
- Provide timely information and guidance to internal stakeholders on behalf of Strategic Customer Management.
- Collaborate with the credit risk team to follow up on customer receivables.
- Submit offers in alignment with Pluxee's pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver all required reports, contributing to accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of all actions and prospects to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Submit all customer information (competition analysis, business volume, number of employees, etc.) accurately and completely to the CRM.
🌟 You’re a match, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English preferred
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic account growth, new client acquisition, and business development is considered a strong asset
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Possess an analytical and commercial mindset
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and business development
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales tools
