Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure a consistent, timely, and positive experience for newly hired employees by coordinating the onboarding process end‑to‑end — from offer acceptance through the first months of employment. This role serves as a key point of contact for new hires and a trusted partner for HR, business stakeholders, and managers.

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure a consistent, timely, and positive experience for newly hired employees by coordinating the onboarding process end‑to‑end — from offer acceptance through the first months of employment. This role serves as a key point of contact for new hires and a trusted partner for HR, business stakeholders, and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process end‑to‑end, from offer acceptance through the completion of the first months of employment
- Prepare, collect, and oversee onboarding documentation and employment‑related formalities
- Collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Employer Branding, and hiring managers to ensure full organizational readiness for new hires
- Plan and coordinate onboarding and induction trainings aligned with organizational and business function needs
- Deliver onboarding trainings and introductory sessions for new employees
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their first months
- Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks, and respond proactively to emerging needs
- Collect feedback from new employees and managers and continuously improve the onboarding process
- Support additional HR administrative tasks as required
- Prepare reports and summaries of onboarding activities
- Improve and automate onboarding processes, including the use of AI‑based tools
- Experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment, or HR administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail
- Comfort working with documentation, data, and reporting
- Openness to process improvement, digital tools, and AI solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HR systems is an advantage
- Experience in delivering trainings or onboarding sessions
- Familiarity with ATS / HRIS tools
- Experience working in a large or matrix‑structured organization
