Agile Lead (Contract)

Location: Krakow (Hybrid — 6 days per month on‑site)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6‑month initial contract

We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead to guide delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across our organisation. You will play a key role in shaping agile ways of working, coaching teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies and coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile practices
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and delivery alignment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams and programmes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and delivery environments
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with monthly on‑site presence in Krakow
• Finance or banking experience is highly beneficial
