Job Description
As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting, modelling, and analysing business data to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Working within our Global MI/Data Analytics function, you’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to deliver high‑quality insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Based in Poland, the role will operate on a fully remote basis.

As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting, modelling, and analysing business data to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Working within our Global MI/Data Analytics function, you’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to deliver high‑quality insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Based in Poland, the role will operate on a fully remote basis.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse business processes and identify key data points to support effective operational insights
- Develop data extraction models and validate, transform, and manage data (ETL)
- Build and enhance automated reports using Power BI, Excel (Power Query, VBA, DAX, Macros, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint
- Spot trends and make informed recommendations to stakeholders
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc Management Information (MI) reports
- Act as a key contact for reporting queries, supporting both internal teams and clients
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Strong business analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and hands‑on experience with Power BI, SSRS, Power Query, data modelling, and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A relevant degree or professional qualification
