We’re partnering with a high-growth applied AI company deploying cutting-edge AI into real-world, high-stakes environments across government, energy, and financial services.

They’re hiring an AI Deployment Lead to sit at the intersection of AI, product, delivery, and customer leadership, helping turn complex operational problems into deployed AI solutions that actually work in the real world.

This is a role for someone who can bridge customers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, and thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership matters.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with customers to identify high-value problems and shape AI-driven solutions
• Translate business needs into clear product, technical, and delivery requirements
• Lead deployments from scoping through to rollout, adoption, and iteration
• Partner closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive execution
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and ensure solutions land successfully in production
• Travel regionally to support on-site deployments and customer engagement

What they’re looking for

• 3–7 years in roles such as: Product / Delivery, Solutions / Implementation, Technical Consulting, Customer-Facing Technical Roles, Forward Deployed / Applied AI Environments
• Some technical fluency across AI / ML, data workflows, and software deployment
• Ability to operate confidently with both technical teams and senior customers
• Structured, high-agency, commercially aware, and strong in ambiguity
• Experience in high-performance product, consulting, or deployment-led environments is highly relevant
