Senior Project Manager/ Senior Resident Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site Based Role) to join our team for a major Infrastructure & Building Development Project in Abu Dhabi.

This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals with strong experience managing large-scale community development projects involving infrastructure and villa developments.

Note :

• Working Hours is 48 hours 6 days a week
• Consultant supervision experience on large residential community developments (villas + infrastructure)
• Strong contract administration and FIDIC experience
• Proven experience within Abu Dhabi / UAE projects

📍 Location

Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Key Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Chartered / Professional Engineer certification preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of total relevant experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE or on similar large-scale projects

🔹 Essential Experience

• Proven track record in large-scale community development projects in Abu Dhabi

• Strong experience managing Infrastructure works including: Roads , Utilities , Wet & Dry Services

• Experience in villa development projects

• Previous involvement in multi-billion AED projects

• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Authorities’ regulations and stakeholder coordination
