.NET Detailed JD :

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 / L3 support for .NET framework & React JS based applications.
• Monitor application health and performance using tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams for code fixes and enhancements.
• Participate in deployment and release activities.
• Maintain documentation for support procedures and known issues.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service delivery standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET application support or development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 4.5 onwards,
• SQL Server and MySQL Web API
• Debugging and performance tuning
• Familiarity with:
• Incident and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)
• Agile and DevOps practices
• Good understanding of production environments and SLAs.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Certifications such as ITIL, AWS are added advantage.
• Knowledge and expertise / certifications in AI will be added advantage.
• Basic knowledge / expertise in Python

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a proactive attitude
