AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and integrate AI Agent-related technologies, including but not limited to OpenAI Function Calling, AutoGPT, and LangChain, to enhance the intelligence capabilities of the company's app.
2. Design, develop, and optimize AI Agents based on business requirements, enabling autonomous learning, planning, interaction, and task execution to enhance user engagement.
3. Explore and integrate multimodal AI capabilities (text, voice, image, video) to enable more natural human-computer interactions.
4. Utilize large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA for fine-tuning and optimization, enhancing memory, task management, and contextual awareness of AI Agents.
5. Design and optimize AI Agent dialog management to ensure efficient intent recognition, contextual understanding, and task planning.
6. Improve AI Agent decision-making accuracy through techniques like Reasoning + Acting (ReAct), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
7. Collaborate closely with product, frontend, backend, and data teams to implement AI Agent solutions, ensuring stability, real-time performance, and usability.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, with at least one year of experience in AI Agent development.
2. Familiar with AI Agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Function Calling, LangChain, AutoGPT) and experienced in deploying AI Agent applications.
3. Proficient in Python and experienced with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
4. Hands-on experience with LLMs, including model usage and fine-tuning (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral) for AI Agent development.
5. Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and the ability to integrate external knowledge bases for AI Agent decision-making.
6. Experience in Reinforcement Learning (RLHF), self-supervised learning, and ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) to improve AI Agents' reasoning and decision-making abilities.
7. Expertise in multimodal AI interactions (text, voice, image, video) and designing AI Agents with multimodal capabilities.
