OVERVIEW:
The Vice President of Human Resources, APAC for Crocs, INC. will provide HR and business support for the Asia Region of Crocs, Inc., including Corporate, Retail, and Field teams for all countries across the Asia Region. By providing the business with strategic leadership, talent strategy, and overall operational excellence, they will lead the implementation of best-in-class HR products, systems and services that support the company’s business and financial objectives.
This role will serve as senior consultant to the business by building and executing strong integrated HR in the areas to include but not limited to talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, succession planning and organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
Education: BS degree in Business or HR, MBA preferred. Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of experience in a progressive human resource role, preferably in the retail and/or consumer industries.

What You'll Do
- Sets Strategic Direction – Partners with senior business leaders to define and execute regional people and workforce strategies that directly enable business priorities, growth, and long-term capability.
- Acts as a Trusted Business Partner – Serves as the primary HR advisor to the SVP/GM APAC and Regional Leadership Team, providing insight, challenge, and guidance on leadership, organization, and talent decisions.
- Builds Future-Ready Talent – Leads workforce and succession planning to develop a strong, “fit for the future” pipeline of leaders and critical capabilities.
- Leads Change Effectively – Partners with regional and country leaders to design and execute change strategies that move the organization from current to future state and ensure sustainable adoption.
- Uses Data to Drive Impact – Analyzes people and organizational data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and influence leaders to improve effectiveness and performance.
- Collaborates Across the Enterprise – Works closely with Global HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions aligned to business and regional needs.
- Develops and Coaches Leaders – Provides ongoing coaching and candid feedback to leaders to strengthen capability, accountability, and inclusive leadership behaviors.
- Leads with Integrity and Accountability – Provides guidance on policies, employee relations, workforce governance, and HR planning, balancing risk, compliance, and business outcomes

- Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in fast-moving, commercial, and global organizations, ideally with regional or APAC scope.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across regions, cultures, and leadership levels.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of the business and client group, and the ability to design and effectively implement HR strategies that enable business goals, drive performance, and support long-term growth.
- Deep expertise in organizational development and effectiveness, applying sound understanding of organizational behavior to shape structure, culture, leadership capability, and organizational performance, including aligning enterprise vision, mission, and values to individual goals through performance management practices.
- Demonstrated strength in employee relations and conflict resolution, able to navigate complex and sensitive situations across a wide range of stakeholders while maintaining trust and strong working relationships.
- Technically capable and data-driven, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS platforms, able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, manage multiple priorities, lead through change, and coach leaders and HR colleagues.
